All prices are per night including bed linen, taxes and final cleaning.

Cancellation of the booking

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

– No cancellation fee applies up to 31 days before the arrival date.
– From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the package price.
– From 14 to 2 days before the arrival date: 80% of the package price.
– For later cancellations, 90% of the package price will be charged.
Accommodation Tax
All prices quoted include accommodation tax.
Please note that since January 1, 2014, an accommodation tax of 5% of the accommodation price (excluding VAT) has been levied in Freiburg for private overnight stays. No accommodation tax is levied for the accommodation of minors.
